🍂 Our Autumn Menu Has Arrived! 🍂

Autumn is the season of warm, rich flavors, comforting dishes, and aromas that fill the kitchen once again. That’s why we’ve refreshed our menu with creations designed to celebrate the colors and tastes of this time of year.

Among the new highlights is a dish that perfectly reflects our identity: the delicate Pear Carpaccio with spicy Gorgonzola, walnuts, and honey–mustard vinaigrette, an appetizer that balances freshness with character.
Comforting seasonal favorites also make their return, such as the Pumpkin Parmigiana with Provolone Valpadana DOP and the Fresh Maccheroncini with porcini mushrooms and Castelmagno cheese, a combination that brings the forest to your plate.

For those who enjoy deeper, richer flavors, the Ravioli del Plin with chestnuts and Toma Piemontese fondue is a must-try, while on cooler evenings our iconic Savoyard Fondue becomes even more irresistible.

Alongside these new dishes, our selection of cheeses and curated boards remains at the heart of our offering, together with classics like the Chicken and winter vegetable mille-feuille.

And for dessert, our new homemade Tiramisù.
